Graphic Designer
Are you interested in creating engaging visuals for advertisements that millions of people all over the world will be looking at each month? We are looking for a Graphic Designer with video editing experience to join our growing marketing team that will value your contributions.

If you want to use your creativity, photo editing skills, and best practices of performance marketing to compete with our billion-dollar competitors, this is the perfect opportunity for you. This is an ideal position for someone who is a creative person, loves marketing, and wonders why certain online ads make you want to buy stuff while others make you want to puke.
The cool part is that you won’t be doing any work for local clients or for companies that are outsourcing to Lithuania. You will work for a Lithuanian company that is successfully beating its much bigger competitors in major international markets.
As a Graphic Designer with video editing experience, you will design and create new online advertisements (in the form of banner ads, social media ads, and so on) based on what is working for us and our competitors. Additionally, you'll be responsible for creating and editing video advertisements based on what is working for us and our competitors. Ultimately, you should be able to bring sight and sound together in order to tell a cohesive story that hooks viewers and keeps people watching until the end.
You will work closely with other members of our small marketing team, such as copywriters and media buyers, to come up with the best creative ideas that sell our products and services worldwide. This role will consist of designing ads for online marketing campaigns that will run on various social media platforms. This position requires the ability to prepare engaging ads that will catch our customers' eyes.
We will provide you with weekly feedback on your designed ad's performance. Based on this feedback, together with the marketing team, you will have to get into our customers' minds to understand why certain ads are resonating with them, while others are not. Based on this, you will come up with new and better ads.
Requirements
- - Have a minimum of 1-year related experience.
- - Creative, willing to learn.
- - Ability to create video ads.
- - Basic understanding of performance marketing.
- - Have common sense and great English and Lithuanian skills.
- - Exceptional attention to detail.
- - Self-starter, problem solver with a strong ability to work independently.
Bonus points for:
- - Performance marketing experience.
- - E-commerce/digital products experience.
- - Graphic/Video/Design/Arts background.
